About

Krishan Malik has taught oil and gas seminars around the globe to thousands of participants from over 200 national and international oil companies and governments. He has been a petroleum advisor to oil companies, financial institutions and government agencies and has taught at universities and campuses in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Malik’s research is focused on understanding the changes that have reshaped the global oil economy, including the impact of mergers and acquisitions on the oil industry, the implications of privatization of national oil companies, the impact of the rapidly increasing presence of the major Chinese national oil companies in the international petroleum industry, and developments in international oil exploration and production agreements.
