Research Areas

The UT PGE faculty develop interdisciplinary research in petroleum and geosystems engineering as well as other areas related to energy and the environment. Each year, our professors conduct $9.2 million in research and publish about 270 journal and conference papers. Discover more about our 12 research areas led by world-renowned faculty.
